Rental Equipment Policy & Fee Schedule

This policy outlines the rental terms, conditions, and fees associated with equipment

provided by 1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™ for catering and event services. All equipment

remains the property of 1816 and must be used responsibly and returned within the agreed

timeframe.

1. Rental Equipment Overview

Available rental items include chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, trays, beverage

dispensers, linens, and disposable tableware. All items are sanitized, inspected, and ready

for use prior to delivery.

2. Deposit & Fees

- A refundable equipment deposit of $150 per event is required.

- A flat $25 sanitation fee applies to all rental orders.

- Rental fees begin at $40 per event and vary by equipment type and quantity.

- The deposit will be refunded after items are returned in acceptable condition within 24

hours of delivery.

3. Return Policy

All rental items must be returned to 1816 within 24 hours of delivery or event conclusion.

Late returns may incur an additional $25 daily fee unless prior arrangements are made. If

pickup is required, an additional pickup fee may apply.

4. Responsibility & Replacement

Clients are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of all rental items during the

event period. Damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment will be billed at full replacement

value according to the schedule below.

A flat $25 sanitation fee covers post-event cleaning and sanitation. Clients are encouraged

to return equipment free of food debris to avoid additional handling charges.

6. Agreement

By signing a catering agreement or accepting rental equipment, the client acknowledges and

agrees to all terms outlined in this policy. 1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™ reserves the right

to charge for damages, losses, or late returns as necessary.

Catering Agreement

Services Provided

1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™ (“1816 Catering Experience™”) will provide catering

services as detailed in the approved order summary, including the selected menu package

(Core Feast, Legacy Feast, or Epic Luxe Feast), confirmed entrée and side selections, and

agreed delivery or on-site service arrangements.

Services may include:

- Food preparation and packaging according to selected menu

- Delivery or full-service setup as specified in the order

- Optional staffing, equipment rental, or on-site service upon request

Pricing & Service Add-Ons

All catering orders are priced according to the current 1816 Catering Experience™ Menu

Guide. Additional service and operational fees may apply as follows:

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date and begin preparation.

- The remaining balance must be paid 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup.

- Accepted payment methods: Zelle | CashApp | Venmo.

- Pricing is subject to change based on menu selection, location, and service requirements.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event: Full refund of deposit.

- Cancellations made 48–72 hours prior: 50% refund of total amount paid.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior: Non-refundable.

- Rescheduling is permitted at the discretion of 1816, based on availability.

Client Responsibilities

- Client must confirm delivery address and ensure an authorized person is present to

receive and inspect the order.

- Client assumes responsibility for proper storage, handling, and serving of food after

acceptance.

- For full-service events, client must provide access to the venue at least 1 hour prior to

service time for setup and preparation.

Liability

1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™ assumes no liability for food quality or safety after delivery

and acceptance by the client. Client agrees to hold 1816 harmless against any damages or

claims resulting from improper storage or handling after transfer of possession.

Rental Equipment Policy & Fees

1816 provides rental equipment including chafing dishes, sternos, serving utensils, linens,

beverage dispensers, trays, and disposable tableware. All rental items remain the property

of 1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™ and must be returned in clean, undamaged condition

within 24 hours of delivery or event conclusion.

A refundable $150 equipment deposit is required when rentals are included. The deposit

will be refunded upon inspection and confirmation that all items are returned in proper

condition. A flat $25 sanitation fee applies to all rental orders for post-event cleaning.

Any damaged, missing, or unreturned items will be billed at full replacement value.

Replacement costs range from $5 for disposables to $60 per premium item. If pickup from

the venue is required, a collection fee may be added.

Coaching & Speaking Agreement

Services Provided

1816 will provide coaching or speaking services as outlined in the booking confirmation, including session/topic, length, and format.

Payment Terms

Speaking engagements require 50% deposit to confirm and remaining balance 7 days before event. Coaching packages must be paid in full or with agreed installment plan.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Speaking: Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Coaching: Refunds available before first session only.

Client Responsibilities

Client provides necessary event tech (mic, AV, projector). For coaching, client must attend scheduled sessions or forfeit if missed without 24-hour notice.

Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, course materials, and recorded sessions remain the intellectual property of 1816 Epic Legacy Enterprises™.
